Operator Station Configurator

Operator Station Configurator developed for ESIM Training Simulator enables the modeler to configure all the tag details of the DCS without writing a complex code. There are different configurators available for each DCS system namely TDC3000, Centum XL, Centum CS3000. The utilities can take inputs either manually or through a spreadsheet. Following are the typical details enetered in the configurator.

Data for Controllers - Tag Name, Tag Description, Tag Index, Engineering Unit, Scale High, Scale Low, Alarm Low, Alarm High, Alarm Low Low, Alarm High High, Deviataion Limit, MV High, MV Low, PV Format, Source for Cascade, PV Tracking and finally the Deign Value.

Data for Indicators - Tag Name, Tag Description, Tag Index, Engineering Unit, Scale High, Scale Low, Alarm Low, Alarm High, Alarm Low Low, Alarm High High, Deviataion Limit and finally the Deign Value.

Apart from the above, details of the Switches, Manaual Loading Stations (MLS) are also to be entered. Different displays details for the operator station like Trend Display, Group Display are also entered here
